According to the National Election Commission, anyone entitled to vote in the 19th National Assembly elections may check the voters lists. They also may lodge an appeal against such errors on the lists as omissions and wrong entries. The heads of Gu/Si/Gun, from March 23 to 27 for 5 days, established the voters lists, including registered residents of the districts concerned as of March 23. To check the voters lists, voters may visit the Gu/Si//Gun offices located in their residential districts or visit their websites. In case of any omission, wrong entry or unqualified voter being found on the lists, appeals may be lodged verbally or in writing to the Gu/Si/Gun offices concerned. The correction process will last from March 28 to 30. According to the NEC, even those with voting rights are not entitled to cast their ballots unless their names are on the voters lists. They are therefore kindly requested to confirm if their names are registered on the voters lists during the period for check. |
